Anna Silk

Anna Silk was born in the month of January in 1974. Her most well-known role is Bo in Showcase's Lost Girl television series. Silk is a Canadian actress born in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Ilkay Silk as well as Peter Silk were both scholars. Ilkay was also a writer, director and producer. She is Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna has some of her earliest memories of watching and attending play rehearsals. When she converted to Judaism and they renew their vows in the Jewish ceremony on April 10, 2011, in Fredericton. Silk Cooperman's son was born in May of 2013, and her son was called Samuel Jerome Cooperman. Levi Aaron was her second born son on 13 May the 13th of May, 2016. Silk is well-known for her role on television in the role of Cassidy Holland, in Being Erica. In 2009 she was awarded a nomination by the Gemini Awards. In 2009 Silk was a part of Bo Dennis, the lead Bo Dennis in the series Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. Silk revealed to fans the good news that she had become pregnant while filming Season 3 in an exclusive pre-show for Season Three. This was shown by Showcase during a special Season Three show held January 6th, 2013 prior to the series' premiere. Silk posted on Twitter on 20 June 2013, that the production was set to begin on Season 4. On 4 June 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures confirmed the beginning of production for Season 4, which will air in the fourth season. CNN's Cable News Network named her portrayal of Bo along with Lauren (Zoie Parker) on Lost Girl as same-sex couples among their top TV Couples. E! named them the Top TV Couple in 2013.
